Off-grid photovoltaic system for self-consumption

These systems are used for areas that have no access to electricity or electrical power gets often interrupted. The inverter uses the energy generated from the photovoltaic modules to provide necessary power to the currently connected consumers.

When the produced energy is more than the consumed, the excess is stored in rechargeable batteries for later use.

BENEFITS

  • Providing power supply to places without access to the grid

  • Production of clean green energy and reduction of the CO2 emissions

  • Lower costs for electricity in comparison with diesel/gasoline generator

  • Providing power supply to places without physical access

  • Ability to include additional power supply from the grid or diesel generator to ensure year-round supply

POSSIBLE APPLICATIONS OF THE SYSTEM

  • Houses, villas and other sites, which do not have access to the electrical grid

  • For Video and communication devices when they are installed at places without electricity grid connection.

  • Distant military sites and equipment

  • Agriculture farms for livestock and food crops production
